You won’t be handed a roadmap - you’ll help define it. Partnering closely with Product, Data Science, and executive leadership, you’ll determine where AI creates the most meaningful customer and business value, and then bring those ideas to life.

You’ll operate as a true strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing not just engineering execution, but product direction, investment priorities, and long-term AI strategy.

What You’ll Do

Lead AI-Driven Product Innovation

Drive the evolution of AI capabilities across the platform - moving beyond basic features into intelligent systems that actively assist, predict, and automate for customers.

 

Translate AI Potential into Real Products

Work side-by-side with Product and AI/ML teams to turn emerging technologies into practical, scalable, customer-facing solutions that deliver measurable value.

Own the Technical and Product-Aligned Roadmap

Ensure engineering efforts are tightly aligned with business goals, customer needs, and the long-term vision for an AI-first platform.

Build and Scale High-Performing Teams

Lead a distributed, multidisciplinary team of engineers and AI/ML specialists. Create an environment that balances innovation with accountability and execution.

Act as a Strategic Advisor on AI

Guide executive decision-making around AI investments, tradeoffs, and opportunities - bringing both technical depth and business perspective to the table.

What You Bring

Proven Product Leadership at Scale

Experience leading engineering for $50M+ SaaS products (or similarly complex, high-scale platforms) with real customer and revenue impact.

Deep AI Product Fluency

You understand how to apply AI in ways that transform user experience - not just enhance it. You’ve helped deliver (or can clearly envision) capabilities like:

• AI assistants or copilots


• Predictive or prescriptive analytics


• Workflow automation driven by AI


• Emerging agentic or semi-autonomous systems

 

Strong Engineering Foundation

You’re credible with your teams - able to engage on architecture, systems design, and scalability without needing to be hands-on day-to-day.

Builder + Strategic Operator

You can zoom in to solve problems and zoom out to prioritize across a portfolio - balancing speed, quality, and long-term vision.

Collaborative Executive Presence

Comfortable working across Product, Data, Security, and executive stakeholders, aligning competing priorities into a cohesive plan.
