The Senior Director of Marketing is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the integrated strategy and execution of all marketing efforts. This role bridges the gap between Digital Performance (lead generation) and Marketing Communications (brand, PR, and local messaging). The primary objective is to drive high-volume, high-quality HVAC service and installation leads while building a premium, trusted brand across all Airtron locations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Omni-Channel Strategy: Lead the development of a unified marketing roadmap integrating Paid Search (PPC), Social, SEO, Email, and traditional MarCom (Direct Mail, Local Events, and Collateral).
- Performance Management: Oversee multi-million dollar digital budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS, CPA, and market-share growth in competitive HVAC territories.
- Brand & Communications: Act as the brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging across all physical and digital touchpoints. Oversee PR, internal communications, and local community engagement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct the Content Manager to align storytelling with performance goals. Partner with the Contact Center to ensure the "Marketing-to-Sales" handoff is seamless.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Lead relationships with external agencies (Digital, Creative, Media Buying) to ensure high performance and accountability.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work schedule
- Open office environment.
- Some overtime required as special projects arise.
- Occasional overnight travel
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
- Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing both digital acquisition and brand communications.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep experience in multi-location B2C services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar home services).
- Technical Depth: Expert-level understanding of the MarTech stack, including Google Ads, GA4, CRM integration, and automated marketing platforms.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift/move up to 10 pounds frequently
- Must be able to drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
- Must be able to adhere to long periods of standing, walking or sitting
- Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to operate phones or other equipment safely.
- With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception
- Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others
- Ability to enter text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard or 10-key numeric keypad
- Must be able to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push and pull objects and tools
