Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Mansfield United States

Job Description:

Samsonite is looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who will support customer acquisition and sales goals. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Acquisition, you will assist in launching, analyzing, and scaling online campaigns to help drive growth. You will assist across all digital marketing channels end-to-end, including strategy, creative development, campaign execution, reporting, analysis, and optimization. You also will work cross-functionally with various teams across the business to think of creative, out-of-the-box ways to drive our continued growth for our brands.

This is a hybrid role, we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day, weekly.

  • Plan, execute, optimize, and report on a range of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and other performance media
  • Own Meta advertising initiatives: brainstorm, develop, test, and monitor ads, share meaningful insights, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Pull and analyze digital marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize ROI, and prepare detailed reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners on day-to-day activities to ensure consistency of messaging and voice across all media channels.
  • Stay current on new developments and emerging technologies in the digital environment; utilize learnings to work with D2C marketing team to develop new marketing initiatives.
  • Develop knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to weekly marketing initiatives and project meetings.
