30% Apply advanced DBA concepts to design, implement, and administer enterprise‑class Oracle and SQL Server databases, including high availability, backup/recovery, and security. Lead performance tuning and optimization, including SQL tuning, index strategies, statistics management, query plan analysis, and configuration tuning at the database, OS, and storage layers. Develop and present technical studies, health assessments, and performance reports to management and senior technical staff. 10% Provide routine and emergency 24x7 production support as part of an on‑call rotation. Respond to incidents, troubleshoot complex database issues, and restore service within defined SLAs.
