- Collaborate with business, application and technical teams to define, configure and implement system changes that meet business requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor by connecting the right business and technology teams, building process capability, and supporting successful project delivery.
- Lead testing activities, including test planning, execution and regression testing.
- Support change implementation, deployment activities and stakeholder readiness and develop user documentation, training materials and deliver training to support adoption.
- Contribute to governance, risk, cybersecurity requirements, including participation in Secure by Design reviews and other compliance activities.
About You

- Proven ability to analyse complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and how systems, processes, and teams interact to deliver business outcomes.
- Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions, influencing outcomes and driving change.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Strong documentation and knowledge management skills, with experience creating requirements, test plans, and user guides, while supporting testing, training, and change adoption activities.
