Ferrovial is a global infrastructure and services company headquartered in Spain, with operations across North America and internationally. Ferrovial is seeking two Senior SOX Auditors to support its U.S. operations from its Austin, Texas location.

Position Overview:

Insight Global is hiring two senior‑level auditors for their client to manage and execute SOX testing for U.S. controls. This is a hands‑on role designed for experienced professionals who can step in and perform immediately, with minimal ramp‑up or training.

The role is execution‑focused, with ownership of walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation, and limited meeting overhead.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Manage and perform SOX control testing for U.S. operations

 - Execute control walkthroughs with business and control owners

 - Assess control design and operating effectiveness

 - Review and document controls and testing results

 - Partner with management to align on expectations and findings

 - Support the internal audit team with a strong execution mindset

 - Begin performing testing immediately upon start

Typical Day:

 - Morning: Collaboration with the internal audit team and select stakeholder discussions

 - Afternoon: Independent review and testing of SOX controls

 - Limited meetings; primary focus is execution and documentation

Work Environment

 - Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote on Tuesdays

 - Central Austin, TX office location

 - Standard business hours - 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

 - Senior‑level audit experience with SOX and internal controls

 - Proven ability to independently execute control testing

 - Experience leading walkthroughs with management

 - Strong documentation and communication skills

 - Ability to start performing immediately with no training period Preferred Qualifications:

 - CIA certification

 - Experience supporting U.S. SOX environments within global organizations
