Senior Associate, Data Analytics (Private Credit Operations)

Full time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

What you'll do:

• Support the analytics team in conducting financial data analysis, modeling, and reporting to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Designs Guardrails for KPIs. Designs, tracks and reports MIS to guide business tactics.
• Tracks initiative performance against forecast. Optimize targeting within budget constraints.
• Create presentations on findings and provide sound recommendations to leadership to influence strategic business decision-making.
• Create and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes.
• Remote work permitted up to 3 days within a reasonable commuting distance of the Newark, DE office.

WHAT YOU HAVE: Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Accounting, or closely related field of study and two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role where required experience was gained. Employer will also accept a Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Accounting, or closely related field of study in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience. Also requires education or experience in the following:

• SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in analytics such as SAS;
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Conduct data analysis to support business planning and decision making; and
• Development and maintaining data documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
