You'll sit at the heart of our growing AI capability - working across data, engineering and business teams to develop solutions that are both technically robust and commercially valuable.
From prototyping new ideas through to deploying scalable solutions, your work will directly contribute to how AI is embedded across the organisation.
What you'll do
- Design, build and deploy AI and machine learning solutions
- Develop and optimise models, pipelines and data workflows
- Partner with the AI Technical Lead and stakeholders to bring use cases to life
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Build and test prototypes to validate new ideas quickly
- Work with data, engineering and product teams to integrate solutions
- Ensure solutions are reliable, secure and aligned to best practice
- Contribute to continuous improvement in AI tools, platforms and ways of working
What you'll bring
- Experience in AI / machine learning / data engineering roles
- Hands-on capability with tools such as Python, SQL and modern AI/ML frameworks
- Experience building and deploying models in production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging AI technologies
- A practical mindset focused on delivering solutions that create value
