Role Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee general ledger accounting and other core finance functions while contributing to the company’s strategic financial goals. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Managing general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions

  • Assisting with audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries

  • Developing and maintaining internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements

  • Collaborating with the Controller and leadership team on financial reporting and strategy

  • Mentoring and guiding junior accounting staff in their daily responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
