Our Pratt Whitney Global Digital Technology team has an exciting remote growth opportunity for a Senior Manager, Product Portfolio & Agile Transformation.

* Strong location preference for candidates local to the Dallas, Texas or Houston, Texas metropolitan areas.

What You Will Do:

- Coach teams and leaders in adopting SAFe and scaled‑agile delivery practices.​

- Onboard new teams into Scaled Agile ways of working.​

- Develop runbooks, standard operating processes, and delivery playbooks with the Transformation Lead and consultants.​

- Improve team agility maturity and embed agile best practices across delivery teams.​

- Identify skill gaps and help upskill Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams.​

- Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning.​

- Serve as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or RTE when temporary gaps exist.​

- Work hands‑on with teams to model behaviors and accelerate agile adoption.​

- Support the foundational learning, tools, and processes required for the transformation.

- Up to 25% travel.

Qualifications You Must Have:

-  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of applicable work experience.

- U.S. Citizenship is required (required due to Government contractual requirements).

- Experience in PI Planning, Agile Transformation, Jira Confluence & Metrics.

- Scaled SAFe Agile certified and active practitioner as an RTE, Solution Train Manager, PO, Scrum Master.​

- Experience in a large transformation and understanding of the risks and ability to upskill the teams, and drive Agile process maturity.​

- Deep experience coaching teams in SAFe or similar scaled frameworks.​

- Able to step into delivery roles when needed and lead by example.​

- Strong facilitator with a passion for team development and agile maturity.​

- Comfortable building standards, process guides, and reusable operating models.

- Good communications skills.​

Qualifications We Prefer:​

- ITIL V4 certified.

- Organizational Change Management certified.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
