Required Experience: Hands-on Salesforce experience is required.

Who You’ll Work With

Our Delivery teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there. We focus on high-impact projects, meeting our clients where they are to uncover business needs and deliver results. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement initiatives, from requirements and scoping through deployment and hypercare.

  • Lead a small Slalom pod consisting of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, keeping the team aligned on priorities, dependencies, and delivery.

  • Own, prioritize, and manage the product/program backlog based on business needs, technical dependencies, and delivery goals.

  • Partner across business, product, engineering, and technical teams to translate needs into clear requirements and executable work.

  • Drive program management fundamentals, including scope, milestones, RAID management, status reporting, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate API-based integrations and technical dependencies in partnership with developers and technical leads.

  • Establish lightweight delivery processes that create structure and accountability without slowing down a fast-moving team.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), requirements, and delivery artifacts.

  • Lead change management and deployment readiness for new Salesforce capabilities, processes, and releases.

  • Proactively identify blockers, make decisions, and drive work forward in an environment where requirements may evolve quickly.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7+ years of technical program management, project management, or similar delivery experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle technology implementations, from requirements gathering and planning through launch and hypercare.

  • Experience supporting or leading Salesforce/SFDC implementations, enhancements, or sales enablement programs.

  • Strong experience owning and prioritizing backlogs and coordinating technical delivery teams.

  • Working knowledge of API-based integrations and the ability to effectively partner with engineers and technical leads.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, requirements, documentation, and delivery tracking.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences.

  • Experience with change management, deployment readiness, process documentation, and SOP development.

  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity while maintaining speed and avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • A strong bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within automotive, manufacturing, connected products, or complex hardware environments.

  • Experience with sales operations, sales enablement, CRM transformation, or Salesforce ecosystem initiatives.

  • Experience standing up new programs, processes, or technology capabilities in a 0-to-1 environment.
