Position Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer II to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that drive business operations and improve user experiences. This role is responsible for leveraging technical expertise to solve complex business challenges, evaluate technology effectiveness, and recommend improvements that enhance quality, scalability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert within the Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications and related technologies.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and support solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows, including screen flows and batch flows.
• Collaborate with architects to improve overall solution design, quality, and integration strategies.
• Develop and support API-based integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Work with ETL and integration tools, including MuleSoft, to support data movement and synchronization.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Monitor application performance and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend new solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members when needed.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code review discussions.
• Ensure compliance with established development standards, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• 1+ year of experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience developing and testing Apex code.
• 1+ year of experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with ETL and integration tools, including MuleSoft.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows, including screen flows and batch flows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think independently and develop multiple solution options to address business needs.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Omni-Channel configuration and support.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience designing solutions involving Salesforce Files and Attachments.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and governance.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of integration and data architecture concepts.
