About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS environment to support the execution and scaling of our go-to-market operating model.
This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, helping ensure our processes, systems, data, and reporting support efficient revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with a process-oriented mindset, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is interested in building a long-term career in Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & GTM Execution
- Support the execution and continuous improvement of core revenue processes across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage lead management, routing, lifecycle progression, and SLA monitoring.
- Support territory planning, account ownership updates, forecasting processes, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Assist with Deal Desk coordination, pipeline management, and revenue planning activities.
- Help drive operational consistency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Systems & Technology
- Become a power user of key go-to-market systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outreach, Power BI, and other revenue technologies.
- Partner with system owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, test enhancements, and support new capabilities.
- Support user adoption through training, documentation, and process enablement.
- Participate in system implementation, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Data Quality & Governance
- Monitor data quality across revenue systems and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform audits and validation activities to support trusted reporting and decision-making.
- Help maintain process documentation, KPI definitions, and governance standards.
- Support ongoing efforts to improve data integrity across the revenue organization.
Reporting & Operational Insights
- Maintain recurring business reporting and operational dashboards.
- Support pipeline reviews, forecast cycles, business reviews, and annual planning activities.
- Partner with analytics resources to validate reporting and improve visibility into business performance.
- Conduct analysis that identifies risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Technology teams.
- Gather business requirements and help translate them into scalable operational solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives that improve productivity, alignment, and operational effectiveness across the GTM organization.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner for stakeholders across the business.
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS company.
- Experience working with CRM, sales engagement, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outreach, Power BI, or similar go-to-market technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience supporting cross-functional business processes and operational initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English

Preferred
- Experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting lead-to-revenue processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle operations.

- Familiarity with workflow automation, integrations, and data governance practices.
- SQL or advanced data analysis experience.
