About the Role

Title: Remote Diagnostic Audiologist

Location: Oregon (OR), California (CA), North Carolina (NC) and Utah (UT) Remote (United States)

Department: Clinical

Job Description:

Founded in 2024, Auris Practice Solutions was created to address the growing audiology shortage and the challenges ENT practices face in maintaining effective audiology departments. By seamlessly integrating telehealth innovation with expert support, we provide a sustainable solution that empowers practices to deliver high-quality audiology care—without the limitations of traditional staffing models.

But we’re not just solving today’s problem; we’re shaping the future of audiology. As the field evolves, so will we—continuously refining our approach, embracing emerging technology, and expanding access to expert-driven hearing care. Our commitment goes beyond filling gaps; we’re redefining what’s possible in diagnostic audiology, ensuring that practices and patients alike receive the care they deserve, now and in the years to come.

About the role

This is a remote-first, flexible opportunity—ideal for professionals looking to expand their impact beyond traditional clinic walls. Whether you’re seeking a few days per week or a near-full-time schedule, we’d love to talk. This is a contract (1099) role to start with potential to build to full-time employment. Compensation range between $45-50/hr.

We support ENT and private practice clinics nationwide through a hybrid diagnostic model that keeps care in the clinic while enabling audiologists to work from anywhere. You’ll be part of a team redefining what’s possible in audiologic care.

 Fully remote
 Flexible scheduling
 Work with a mission-driven, fast-growing team

What you'll do

As a MaestroAuD™ Diagnostic Audiologist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations remotely (air, bone, speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAE)
  • Collaborate in real time with on-site clinic staff (typically Medical Assistants) to ensure smooth testing sessions
  • Monitor and guide patients through each stage of the audiologic evaluation using our proprietary MaestroFusion™ software
  • Interpret results and generate reports for ENT physicians or supervising providers
  • Document all clinical findings in alignment with EMR and practice-specific protocols
  • Provide recommendations and communication that supports continuity of care within the ENT or private practice setting
  • Participate in optional professional development opportunities and workflow optimization discussions as our model evolves

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds an active, unrestricted audiology license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred)
  • Has 2+ years of experience performing diagnostic audiologic evaluations
  • Is confident and tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms (familiarity with NOAH, MedRx, and telehealth tools a plus)
  • Is an excellent communicator with the ability to guide patients and clinic staff with clarity and professionalism
  • Enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative, mission-aligned team
  • Has access to a quiet, professional remote work environment with reliable internet connection

While we currently operate in all states, we have immediate openings for the following states: Oregon (OR), California (CA), North Carolina (NC) and Utah (UT). We are also interviewing candidates from all states for future clinic matching.
