Job description
Recruiter (RPO Consultant)
Korn Ferry RPO
- Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term
- Primary Location: Sydney CBD
- Work Style: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite
About the Role
- Korn Ferry is proud to partner with a leading financial services organisation, delivering end-to-end recruitment support through our RPO model. As a Recruiter within this team, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle — building trusted relationships with hiring managers, delivering exceptional talent outcomes, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects a best-in-class experience.
- Due to continued hiring demand, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based primarily in Sydney CBD, this hybrid role (2 days onsite per week) puts you front and centre of a high-impact recruitment function within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- This is a role where you'll truly own the outcome, partnering closely with hiring managers, influencing talent decisions, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of a major financial services client.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process — manage the full lifecycle from briefing through to offer, ensuring quality and pace at every stage
- Partner with hiring managers — build strong, trusted advisory relationships, providing market insights, challenging briefs where needed, and guiding managers to make great hiring decisions
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience — ensure every touchpoint is professional, timely, and reflective of a premium recruitment process that candidates remember for the right reasons
- Drive hiring outcomes — take accountability for filling roles on time and to quality, keeping hiring managers informed and pipelines moving at pace
- Manage stakeholder expectations — provide regular, transparent updates to hiring managers and client stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges and keeping recruitment on track
- Maintain data integrity and compliance — ensure all recruitment activity is accurately captured in the ATS and aligns with best practice and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement — identify opportunities to enhance processes, share insights with the team, and help raise the bar on how we deliver for our client
What You'll Bring
- Proven recruitment experience — a solid track record in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an RPO, agency, or high-volume in-house environment
- Strong hiring manager management skills — confidence in building relationships, consulting on talent strategy, and influencing hiring decisions at all levels
- A candidate-first mindset — genuine commitment to delivering a recruitment experience that is engaging, respectful, and transparent from first contact to offer
- Excellent organisational skills — the ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Sharp communication skills — articulate, professional, and persuasive, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
- A results-driven attitude — proactive, accountable, and motivated by delivering great outcomes for candidates, hiring managers, and the broader team
- Financial services exposure — experience recruiting within the sector
Why Join Us?
