Description:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the completion of our data transformation project. You will work with data coming in the form of Kafka topics and use Python via PyFlink to transform and intake data from our existing data flows. This role is more focused on development than engineering, and you will play a crucial part in our data integration efforts.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. 

Rate: $68 - $78 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data transformation processes using Python and PyFlink.
• Work with Kafka to manage and process data streams.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate data from old data flows, primarily using Informatica.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality code and solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with PyFlink or Flink for data processing.
• Familiarity with Kafka for data streaming.
• Exposure to Informatica is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
