Responsible for monitoring vendor performance against contractual standards. Ensures compliance with service level agreements and organizational policies. Develops reporting and analysis to evaluate quality outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Coordinates vendor relationship management to optimize efficiency and service delivery. Provides insights to leadership to support data-driven decisions.

Essential Functions

• Supports development of quality assurance scorecards for billing, coding, collections, and other revenue cycle activities.

• Performs monthly audits and creates quality assessments for enterprise management.

• Conducts compliance audits to verify billing accuracy and regulatory adherence.

• Coordinates with revenue cycle stakeholders and training teams to update quality standards and SOPs.

• Validates billing software and workflows to ensure they meet quality requirements.

• Performs quality reviews of vendor staff and enforces performance standards consistent with internal employees.

• Compiles and distributes vendor performance reports, including scorecards and aging reports.

• Manages vendor work queues and reporting to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
