Pursuits & Sales Enablement Senior

Location:

  • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. 
  • Travel Expectations: 0-10%


What you'll do

  • Support sourcing, qualification, and progression of new opportunities across existing accounts and net-new prospects for the Digital Reporting and Compliance Practice.
  • Participate in sales calls, capture key notes, and manage follow-ups to keep deals moving forward.
  • Assist in leading the development of high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that align with client needs and showcase Clearsulting’s differentiated value.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including deal stages, activities, and forecasting data, to ensure pipeline visibility.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, Delivery Team, Finance, and Workiva partner to support deal execution
  • Provide pricing, margin, and basic deal-structuring support while helping manage contracting workflows and approvals
  • Attend industry conferences and events to identify new commercial opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and foster strategic alliances.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy within professional services or technology consulting
  • Experience creating proposals, sales collateral, SOWs, pursuit strategies or other client-facing deliverables
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Workiva or other cloud-based reporting platform
  • Previous experience in alliance/partner sales or joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Understanding of financial reporting, compliance, or digital enablement solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

The compensation range for this position is $84,000 – 110,000 We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
