Stefanini is looking for Part Time and Remote Proofreader in New York, NY

Open for W2 candidates only!

Work Location and Shift:

• Work 100% remotely with the ability to occasionally transition to an office setting if needed for business continuity
• Address: 205 W 39th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10018
• Hours: 5 days per week, 4 hours per day (flex to work an additional hour when needed)
• Shift: 9AM - 1PM

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Acute attention to detail,
• Ability to work in various platforms (layout approval software) and media (both printed and digital).
• Previous experience proofing
• Ability to determine that the copy matches brand's source documents (We work with Canadian French and Simplified Chinese)
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized
• Clear communicator.
• Must be able to work cross-functionality and is deadline driven
