What are we building?

Hard Rock Digital is a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We’re building a team that resonates passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We care about each customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insight and strive to ensure we’re always acting authentically.

Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital taps a brand known the world over as the leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We’re taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us?

What’s the position?

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Omni team and support the daily operational health of our promotions, tracker maintenance, and tentpole project execution. The ideal candidate thrives on building organizational structure, has a knack for effective communication across departments and leadership levels, and strives to consistently make our processes more efficient and our team members more effective.

The Omni Project Manager will be a cross-functional lynchpin ensuring that promotion logistics, tracker statuses, milestones, and dependencies are clearly documented, monitored, and responded to on time. This role will also interface with other departments (Compliance, Web, and partner teams, among others) to keep cross-functional initiatives on track with reduced execution risk.

High-focus areas:

  • Serve as a day-to-day steward of our source of truth for all Omni-owned and Omni-focused promotions, managing timelines and status updates for awareness.

    • This includes tracking multi-step processes—ranging from joint slot tournaments to months-long sweepstakes to weekly bonus bet and casino bonus promo drops—ensuring all steps are executed properly.

    • Assist Project Director in ensuring activation-based events are connected to ongoing promotions and interfacing with the Omni Project manager (and/or in-house Design team) owning creative requests to ensure all deliverables are available as relevant.

  • Work with Omni PM team to maintain real-time status updates and delivery dates for routine and ad hoc work outside of holistic projects, such as monthly property tours of Florida and New Jersey casinos.

Additional responsibilities will revolve around supporting the Omni Project Director on tentpole projects:

  • Assist in ascertaining objectives and requirements, assuring all relevant stakeholders’ expectations are aligned with the agreed-upon scope.

  • Identify and mitigate overall project risk by defining assumptions and blockers at the onset, ensuring contingency plans are in place.

  • Plot project-specific milestones to keep stakeholders informed on deliverables.

  • Assist with conducting project postmortems, ensuring proper documentation.

What are we looking for?

Successful candidates will have a passion for proactivity and are capable of working efficiently in a high-volume, real-time environment.

Core Skills:

  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches) and/or at least one year’s experience in project management, preferably in marketing and/or casino industries.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).

  • Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Optional: project management certification.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication: clear updates, concise summaries, and follow-through.

  • Organization and attention to detail: able to keep multiple moving parts aligned.

  • Adaptability: flexible with changing priorities and cross-functional needs.

  • Critical thinking and risk management: anticipate risks before they become roadblocks and guide contingency planning.

  • Collaboration: works smoothly with multiple teams and external vendors.

  • Accountability: dependable in meeting deadlines and commitments.

Extra information:

  • While remote-based, must be flexible for occasional travel to South Florida HQ.

  • This role will adhere to Eastern time zone working hours.

We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include:

  • Competitive pay and benefits

  • A hybrid / remote working environment
