Position Details

Location: Remote (North Metro Atlanta, GA)

Travel: 10–20% domestic and international

Supervisory: Reports to Director of Project Management

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support and execute custom DV-LED projects from release through installation and project completion.

This role blends project coordination and project management responsibilities. You’ll support larger installations while also taking ownership of smaller projects independently. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing, logistics, and field operations to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure successful delivery.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow deeper into project management while gaining experience within the DV-LED industry.

What You'll Do

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support project execution from sales release through installation and closeout
• Manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger, more complex installations
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project timelines
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, or issues

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and field teams
• Support communication between customers, installers, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with submittals, project documentation, and status updates
• Help maintain project schedules and action plans

Installation & Field Support

• Coordinate with installation teams and contractors during project execution
• Participate in project meetings and customer communication
• Support field activities and project implementation when needed

Process & Administrative Support

• Maintain project records and documentation
• Assist with shipping coordination and logistics tracking
• Help improve project workflows and documentation processes

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2–5 years of project coordination, project management, AV integration, or related experience
• Experience within DV-LED, AV integration, digital signage, or technical installation environments preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred

• Direct DV-LED experience
• Experience working with contractors and field installation teams
• Construction or AV project exposure
