Job Description

An employer in the Orange County area is seeking a Project Manager. This is a 6-month contract with possible extensions. Primarily remote, with expectation to come onsite in Irvine every 1-2 months. The Project Manager will be working on a variety of data projects supporting a service line within the organization. They will be interacting across departments, working alongside clinicians, data engineers and analysts. The Project Manager must be able to interface between data experts and clinicians/operational staff, to translate clear requirements across all audiences. Must have experience overseeing data projects, working with MS Fabric, Power BI, Excel & SQL in a healthcare environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, PMP
• MS Fabric experience
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• In addition to Fabric, experience working with the following applications: Power BI, Excel (advanced), SQL, Microsoft 365
• Experience working in a Waterfall and Hybrid environment
• Experience working on projects surrounding data modeling, data analysis, reporting, data warehouses, databases, and data transfer/sharing
• Strong interpersonal skills
