Job Description:
Project Coordinator
Role Overview
As a project coordinator, you will support the success of healthcare software projects. You will assist project managers and consulting teams in coordinating project activities, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

Assist project managers with administrative functions and processes.

Coordinate with clients to ensure prompt communication and delivery of project deliverables.

Collaborate with the professional services leadership team to implement practices that track and monitor key project success indicators.

Maintain the project documentation.

Support the professional services team by ensuring the smooth execution of project tasks.
Requirements
-
Training in business administration or a related field.
-
Experience in project management or a relevant field.
-
Experience in the healthcare industry.
-
Basic understanding of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Proficiency in monitoring and managing project tasks and deliverables.

Proven organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Knowledge of methodologies and best practices in project management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
What would make you stand out?

Experience with SmartSheet, Confluence or Jira.

Proficiency in French.

Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum or SAFe.

Details on compensation
The potential salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 per year and will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
