Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Manager II to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing project workflows, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution. The Program Manager II will play a key role in ensuring cross-functional alignment and keeping complex, detail-dependent initiatives on track. This position requires a natural problem-solver who is comfortable handling both day-to-day tasks and high-level workflows. While the primary focus will be on music project workflows, collaboration and teamwork are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Track music license workflow, from selection through contracting.
• Audit royalty payments and proactively resolve issues.
• Document and circulate timely feedback from beatmappers and production teams.
• Support individual music processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional team alignment and driving project momentum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Comfortable handling both strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Experience supporting product or creative teams in tech, gaming, music, or media.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management.
• Enthusiasm for music, gaming, or emerging interactive technologies.

Pay Range: $60- $75/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
