Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Program Assistant for the Evanston campus. This project is critical to the Full Circle Fundraising Campaign. The man project is on visits and communications the Dean has with important alumni and donors. 

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Continuing project to populate and edit Excel spreadsheet with the Dean’s  emails to alumni 
  • Support the preparation for campaign events (obtaining name badges, setting up table & tents, etc) 
    Process expenses for department 
  • Creative writing & communication for both internal and external partners 
  • Other administrative support 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year program/project/events administration or other relevant experience.
