The Role

We’re looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial Product Manager to explore and drive new product directions for Time Doctor’s data-rich SaaS platform.

 

You’ll focus on identifying unmet market needs, designing strategies, and building products that deliver breakthrough value — especially through AI-powered insights and automation. This is a high-impact, experimental role ideal for someone who thrives on hypothesis-driven innovation and rapid iteration.

 

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Discovery

Identify new opportunities in markets Time Doctor doesn’t yet serve

Build strategies and roadmaps with a focus on AI-driven value creation

Use work activity data to uncover insights and automate workflows

Rapidly test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly

Execution & Delivery

Define features and roadmap priorities aligned with business goals

Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver value

Communicate directly with customers to validate solutions

Lead end-to-end delivery of new products and MVPs

Enablement & Growth

Maintain clear product documentation and internal training materials

Support customer education and continuous improvement initiatives

Job requirements

What you’ll bring

 

5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience

Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, and roadmap ownership

Excellent written and async communication skills

Proven ability to turn complex challenges into simple, valuable solutions

Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority

Experience working fully remote and async-first

“Zero to one” experience - bringing brand new products to market (not only iterating on existing products)
