Job Overview:
As a Principal Programmer at Pharmaron, you will play a pivotal role in driving high‑quality statistical programming deliverables across phase one to late‑phase clinical studies. You will serve as the programming lead on assigned studies, taking ownership of planning, executing, and overseeing all programming activities while guiding and supporting other programmers on the team.
Responsibilities:

Independently develop and/or QC any complexity SDTM, analysis datasets, tables, figures and listings, SDTM, analysis dataset programming specifications, and other programming supporting documents.

Lead a statistical programming team to successful completion of a project within given timelines and budget.

Monitor project resourcing, project budgets, and identify changes in scope.

Independently interact with Sponsors with regard to statistical programming issues.

Independently and/or lead a team to create standard tools to improve the efficiency of the department.

Proactively participate in and/or lead process/quality improvement initiatives.

Provide technical support and advice to the internal team.

Learn new systems and functions in an evolving technical environment and provide the relevant trainings to the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor degree or above in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, computer science
- At least 7 years SAS programming experience in clinical trial industry and experience in independently leading programming across phase I to late phase/submissions.
- Internal expert in SAS Base, SAS/Macros, SAS/Graph, SAS/Stat and reporting process SAS Base,
- Solid Knowledge of statistics and CDISC CDASH/SDTM/ADaM standards.
- Compliance in SOPs/WIs, ICH-GCP and any other applicable local and international regulations, guidelines and industry standards
