Job Description Summary

Under direct supervision, uses general knowledge and skills obtained through training and experience to assist financial advisors with marketing efforts. General instructions and procedures are provided to perform routine standardized tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with processing massmailings.
  • Contactsprospectiveandexistingclientstoofferservicesorinvitethemtoseminars.
  • Sendsprospectiveandexistingclientsintroductoryletters,marketingmaterials,thankyou letters, requests forreferrals, etc.
  • Coordinatesseminarsincludingscheduling,roomset-up,menuplanning,audiovisualaids,and marketingmaterials.
  • Setsupandconfirmsappointments.
  • Obtainsandmaintains“leads”lists.
  • Updates client relationship managementsystem.
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions, including dataentry.
  • Performsotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasassigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year’s related work experience preferred.
