Payroll Specialist – Direct Hire (Remote)
Salary: Up to $65K + 5% bonus

A growing organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations using Workday. This role will assist with biweekly and semi-monthly payroll processing, handle employee payroll inquiries, and support payroll reporting and compliance for Canadian and US Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with payroll processing in Workday (biweekly & semi-monthly)
• Address employee payroll questions and discrepancies
• Maintain payroll and benefits data and audit records for accuracy
• Support payroll tax compliance and year-end W-2 processes
• Partner with HR, Finance, and third-party payroll providers

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with Workday Payroll (US/CANADA) required
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
