Are you an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're seeking a Payroll Analyst to support a high-performing Payroll Americas team responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll for thousands of employees.

This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact by owning day-to-day U.S. payroll operations while the permanent team focuses on several strategic Q3 and Q4 initiatives. What You'll Do

As a Payroll Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting end-to-end U.S. payroll operations, including:

• Process end-to-end U.S. payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review and process employee timecards.
• Run payroll calculations and validate payroll results.
• Audit payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review 401(k) deductions for accuracy.
• Process wage garnishments and other payroll deductions.
• Support payroll balancing and payroll disbursement activities.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries through ServiceNow.
• Review payroll reports and perform Excel-based audits.
• Partner closely with Payroll team members to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Assist with continuous process improvements and payroll best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll from timekeeping through payroll completion.
• Working knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations.
• Experience auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas and payroll reports.
• Experience using payroll systems (any platform).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Payroll.
• FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification.
• Experience supporting payroll in large or multi-state organizations.
• Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a payroll professional with 2+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll experience who can quickly step into a busy payroll environment and confidently manage end-to-end payroll processing with minimal onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while partnering closely with a high-performing payroll team.
