Job Summary
The University Campus Store is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Tech Sales & Ops Coordinator to support a hybrid role across technology sales and procurement operations. This position plays a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience—from initial quote through order fulfillment—while supporting coordination between sales and purchasing workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in building experience in technology sales, operations, and procurement.

Responsibilities
• Assist in building and organizing customer quotes for technology products
• Support post-purchase follow-up to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
• Help manage and track departmental and ASM enrollments
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status and updates
• Coordinate between sales and purchasing to ensure accurate, timely order processing
• Track custom technology orders and provide status updates to internal teams and customers
• Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and vendor communications
• Support procurement workflows and vendor coordination
• Serve as a liaison between sales and purchasing to improve workflow efficiency
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across quotes, orders, and fulfillment
• Support ongoing improvements to quoting, ordering, and tracking processes
Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
Preferences
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with standard office tools (spreadsheets, email, CRM systems preferred)
• Interest in technology products, sales operations, or procurement
