About the Role
Job Title: Oracle EAM Consultant (Enterprise Asset Management)
Location: Remote (Preference for EST/CST)
Duration: 6 months+
Start date: Sept 2026
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EAM Consultant to support and enhance an Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environment following a successful implementation and hypercare period. This consultant will serve as the primary resource responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the EAM platform while ensuring seamless integration with connected enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and administration of the Oracle EAM application following implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle EAM customizations and system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Support and maintain integrations between Oracle EAM and connected enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
- Manage location and organizational data within Oracle EAM, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Partner with HCM stakeholders to understand organizational and location changes and their impact on EAM processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, performance, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Document configurations, enhancements, integrations, and technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience.
- Experience supporting Oracle EAM in a production support or post-go-live environment.
- Proven experience developing Oracle EAM customizations and enhancements.
- Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EAM and Oracle or third-party enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise asset, location, and organizational data structures.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical stakeholders.
