The Sr Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Order Management, will implement and support Sales Order Management applications across all company sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the health of Oracle applications and their integrations.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.
Salary: $110K - $135K
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Agile Scrum methodology to identify and address functionality or performance gaps by breaking down high-level information into epics and stories.
- Implement and support solutions within Oracle Sales Order and Configurator modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to prioritize stories in Jira and ensure business requirements are met.
- Work with ERP Business Systems Analysts to create Solution Designs using Oracle best practices and configure Oracle EBS modules.
- Act as a liaison between business partners, stakeholders, and development resources to integrate business-critical systems within EBS.
- Ensure documentation meets SOX and FDA standards, collaborating with Quality Compliance to maintain system compliance with regulations like 21 CFR Part 11.
Experience Requirements:
- 5-10+ years as an Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst, Oracle EBS version 12.x or higher preferred, with particular experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning modules, as a member of an information systems & technology team
- Thorough understanding of how up and downstream systems impact Order Management (e.g. Account Receivable, Warehouse Management systems)
- Experience with one or more full-life cycle implementations
- Demonstrated ability to configure the Order Management module to business requirements
- Experience with configurable BOM’s
- Experience writing epics and user stories to document business process requirements, acceptance criteria and any technical considerations.
- Experience reading and writing basic SQL queries and manipulate data in Oracle EBS.
- Experience documenting and managing user acceptance testing
- Demonstrated ability to work with BSAs supporting other modules (e.g. WMS, Accounts Receivable, etc.) to create integrated solutions to business problems
- Experience with Agile methodologies, working within a Scrum development environment.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset and a positive work environment focus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent demonstrated experience will also be considered.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
