Job Description:

  • Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation.
  • Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations.
  • Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed. Other duties as assigned.
