Primary Duties and Responsibilities

This per diem APP position will assist with our pediatric ICU, pediatric direct observation, and pediatric hem/onc teams. The NP will need to be flexible and have the ability to rotate to multiple different pediatric specialty areas as needed .

Salary range: $98.95/hourly

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a Master's Degree or higher in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in Pediatrics, Acute Care - Required
  • CA NP, NPF, and RN license - Required
  • NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment on CURES- required
  • National Certification in Nurse Practitioner Specialty as an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Required
  • BLS and PALS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Required
  • Two years acute care pediatric NP experience- required.

As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
