Work Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT
Position Overview
The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects within Network Services, ensuring quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business objectives. This role manages 8–10 active projects concurrently and supports both internal and external meetings, helping drive communication, planning, and workflow efficiency.
The individual will play a key role in network services operations for the California market, including KPI/MBO monitoring, contract implementation, provider communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional teams and manage 8–10 active projects with on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Anticipate project needs and proactively develop solutions to avoid delays.
- Support and participate in internal and external project and working group meetings:
- Identify key issues
- Set agendas
- Organize scheduling
- Ensure team deliverables are prepared
- Coordinate internal stakeholder input on provider and ancillary network additions.
- Communicate directly with providers, facilities, and regional leadership within the California market.
- Provide expertise and guidance on complex or critical project issues, utilizing strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of California Network Services functions, including contracting, credentialing, claims, network engagement, and provider data integrity.
- Perform complex conceptual analyses and review work completed by others, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Forecast and plan project and resource requirements.
- Communicate explanations and insights on complex topics to various stakeholders.
- Maintain and update program documentation, shared drives, and team sites.
- Identify program issues or resource gaps and facilitate resolutions.
- Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and workflow improvements (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet).
- Inspire and motivate team members to maintain high engagement and performance.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of project management experience
- Strong project leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams
- Experience with workflow tools and project reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet)
