Move (Sui) Engineer - Stablecoin Platform
Location: Remote - Would consider Global (Must have a 4 hour overlap with EST if based outside of US)
Compensation: $200K - $220K
We are a stablecoin platform for builders, focused on providing the foundational building blocks for digital dollars. Our platform allows developers to create and customize their own stablecoins in minutes by extending our superior digital-dollar building block ($M), allowing businesses to monetize their digital dollar use cases while maintaining control and offloading operational heavy-lifting. We are seeking an experienced Move (Sui) Engineer to join our growing team.
In this critical role, you will architect and develop the core smart contracts for our stablecoin platform on Sui. You will be instrumental in enhancing existing protocols, ensuring audit-readiness, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and maintain secure, audit-ready smart contracts in Move for Sui.
 - Protocol Enhancement: Improve and extend existing Sui-based products and protocols, focusing on asset management and yield strategies.
 - Technical Quality: Actively participate in code and design reviews to ensure security, performance, and high code quality.
 - Optimization: Identify and implement optimisations to improve protocol efficiency and scalability.
 - Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
 
Requirements
- Move & Sui Expertise: Proven experience designing and developing smart contracts, token designs, and DeFi protocols using Move on Sui.
 - Security & Optimization: Proven ability to build and optimize secure systems for asset management and yield strategies.
 - Leadership Role: Prior senior technical role at an established DeFi project.
 - Soft Skills: Highly proactive problem solver with a forward-thinking mindset; collaborative communicator who fosters strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams; and a high level of autonomy.
 - Language: Fluent in English.
 
Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves):
- Familiarity with cross-chain messaging protocols such as Wormhole or Hyperlane.
 - Hands-on experience with Solidity and/or Solana (Rust) development.
