Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex commercial mortgage loan servicing and administration functions to support our investor clients and borrower requirements. You'll oversee loan portfolio compliance, ensure timely collection of payments, and handle delinquent property taxes, insurance coverage, and loss claims.

You will also analyze loan portfolios, perform property inspections, and collaborate with correspondent networks to ensure compliance. Additionally, you'll assist in the setup of new loans and the processing of payoff transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance for loan portfolios, including ensuring timely payments, insurance coverage, and payment of property taxes.

  • Collaborate with correspondents to ensure servicing compliance and address inquiries from borrowers, management, and investors.

  • Perform analysis of transfer, assumption, and modification requests, and support loan file documentation.

  • Validate servicing system data and assist in preparing accurate payoff quotes and loan status statements.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is a requirement of the role.

* Ability to work onsite at the Hillsboro, OR location (at least twice per month) is a requirement of this role. *

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: High School Diploma required. Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic office environment or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial documents (e.g., operating statements, rent rolls, financial statements).

  • Experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing, banking, or related.

  • Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems and financial software.

  • Knowledge of legal and technical aspects of commercial loan servicing.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range: 25.72 - 34.13
