By leveraging APIs, microservices, and container technology, you will enable flexible and rapid service delivery. Additionally, by advancing cloud migration and system optimization, you will support clients in accelerating their digital transformation (DX) and building a sustainable IT infrastructure.

Through collaboration with Red Hat products and global teams, you will drive enterprise architecture modernization and comprehensively lead each project. Close communication with clients and teams will be essential as you strive for project success and deliver solid strategies that enhance client competitiveness.

What you will do:

  • Regularly communicate with customers to build trust.

  • Provide technical leadership and assist in the implementation of architectural design of solutions utilizing Red Hat products

  • Work closely with the Red Hat Product Engineering, Business Development, Consulting, Support, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

  • Participate in internal initiatives, create consulting whitepapers, and update the knowledge base

  • Serve as a senior trusted adviser to Red Hat's customers and partners and play a key role in helping them develop their technology roadmap

  • Initiate new projects, guide the implementation team, and monitor the progress of a project to ensure that it continues to conform to the overall architecture

  • Collaborate with the broader regional and global Red Hat's teams to deploy our application modernization capabilities

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on a range of development and deployment projects

  • Successful experience in a senior technical post sales or partner-facing role, specifically consulting experience in solving customer issues and driving projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proven record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels

  • Solid knowledge of web service and microservices architectures

  • Experience architecting, designing, developing, and managing mission-critical applications

  • Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, architecture, and concepts. For example, Apache Camel and Kafka

  • Experience working with at least one version control software tool

  • Highly effective communication skills in Japanese; ability to negotiate with stakeholders for customer projects

  • Experience using container-based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift is a big plus

  • Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management

  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in English

  • Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus
