Looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting critical infrastructure? We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Analyst to lead the administration, security, and continuous improvement of a modern Microsoft 365 environment supporting enterprise operations.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Microsoft 365 professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring teammates, and driving collaboration across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable Microsoft 365 platform while helping shape future technology initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the administration, engineering, governance, and licensing of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and roadmap enhancements, recommending solutions that improve business value while maintaining security and compliance.
- Provide Tier 3 support, perform root cause analysis, and develop long-term solutions that improve platform stability and reliability.
- Manage enterprise identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and least-privilege access controls.
- Strengthen security and compliance using Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, and data classification.
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that improve business processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall success of the IT organization.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 8+ years of IT experience, or
- Associate's degree with 10+ years of IT experience, or
- High school diploma/GED with 15+ years of IT experience.
- Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 technologies and enterprise identity management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering secure enterprise solutions.
