The Opportunity
Our Member Service Representatives answer calls from patients, labs, and pharmacies, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and scheduling appointments. They also assist patients via live chat on Honeydew’s website, providing information and addressing concerns about treatments, appointments, and general inquiries.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming callers, addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively answer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Issue Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Proficiency in basic computer skills.
