Exciting Marketing Project Manager opportunity with an established firm.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Locations: 100% remote but occasional office hours in Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA or Alpharetta, GA
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing and Content Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in collateral/content management and maintaining repositories.
- Familiarity with coordinating updates to proprietary tools or systems.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with different teams.
- Detail oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of health care industry issues preferred
- What You Will Be Doing
Job Description: Collateral/Content Management:
• Working with our internal stakeholders to update and maintain SMB marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with our current product updates, messaging and branding.
Repository Updates:
• Managing and updating repositories (Highspot, MRL, Box, Rapid Rater) to reflect the latest versions an new resources.
• Managing accessibility and version control for all updated materials.
Coordination with Development Team:
• Working closely with the development team to coordinate updates to Rapid Rater including testing.
• Facilitating communication between product, sales and the dev team to ensure needed updates.
Daily Responsibilities:
Marketing Program/Project Management:
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute internal and external marketing programs/projects. Internal cross-functional partners include Sales, other Marketing teams, Actuarial/Underwriting, Operations and Legal/Regulatory
• Create project plans and work with subject matter experts, Regulatory and Legal to develop, implement and maintain marketing projects
• Provide general support, materials and training to Sales
• Create, and update marketing communications to support ongoing developments in product offerings
• Write and manage letter templates
• Project manage translation of marketing materials
• Project manage incoming custom requests
• Ensure that marketing materials reflect current brand guidelines, design specifications and product offerings
• Create marketing materials to support ongoing developments, new initiatives and current messaging
• Update statistics and communications to add/delete/modify messaging, promote new initiatives, etc.
• Work with Creative Services and Digital Design to oversee the design and production of materials Ad Hoc
