Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of brand strategy by translating strategic priorities into coordinated marketing initiatives to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and field-facing tactics within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role partners closely with Marketing and Commercial, and external agency to drive timely execution, documentation accuracy, performance tracking, and process efficiency. managing documentation, vendor agreements, and purchase order workflows to ensure policy adherence, and budget alignment.
This position plays a central role coordinating campaign development, agency deliverable, conference and event execution, and performance tracking. The Marketing Coordinator will manage project timelines, support promotional review processes and monitor marketing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support brand strategy by translating strategic priorities into actionable tactical marketing plans and campaign timelines.
- Partner with external agencies on asset development and track campaign deliverables from concept through deployment, ensuring quality, compliance, and on‑time execution.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital engagements, social media, website, and field channels while tracking performance metrics and providing insights and recommendations.
- Plan and execute conferences and marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional kickoff meetings.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and timelines while facilitating cross-functional planning meetings to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, budgets, and execution timelines.
- Support Veeva review processes to ensure compliant, on-time material approvals
- Provide graphic design support as needed for presentations, social media, conference promotions and field materials
- Coordinate logistics and approved asset distribution for conferences and field engagements
- Manage vendor agreements, contract routing and purchase order workflows for Marketing and Commercial teams · Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or related marketing environment
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, conferences, or promotional initiatives.
- A strong understanding of compliance requirements, promotional review processes, financial governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, or campaign reporting platforms
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and managing marketing deliverables.
- Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM platform), including website structure, landing pages and content updates)
- Experience with Graphic Design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with experience tracking projects and aligning priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- Compensation range: $65,000-95,000 USD
- Travel: up to 5%
