We’re looking for a dependable, execution-focused B2B campaign manager to own day-to-day campaign logistics, client follow-ups, and project tracking across multiple accounts. This is an ideal role for an organized marketing professional who excels at project management, enjoys keeping multi-channel initiatives moving on schedule, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- HOURS: part-time, 20-30 hours per week
- LOCATION: Remote
- DURATION: 6 months with potential to extend
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with clients and the PrecisionPoint founder to execute high-impact ABM programs from planning through launch and optimization.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute multi-channel ABM campaign logistics, including landing page updates, gifting link distribution, micro-site builds, and video asset tracking.
- Prep weekly account performance reports and engagement signals for client sales alignment meetings.
- Coordinate campaign timelines across internal team members, creative designers, digital channels, and external vendors/VAs.
- Maintain project plans, campaign tracking tools, and account cohort swap lists to ensure every deliverable stays on schedule.
- Follow up proactively with clients, partners, and vendors to keep projects moving without waiting for direction.
- Prepare client presentations, campaign tracking updates, and status summaries.
- Work closely with sales teams to align outreach, account lists, and marketing activities.
- Assist with account research support and buyer committee mapping.
- Monitor campaign performance data via internal dashboards and recommend operational optimizations.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects a high level of professionalism, speed, and responsiveness.

Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable presenting status updates and campaign tracking to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high client-facing professionalism.
- Highly dependable with exceptional follow-through and a proactive work style.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing performance data.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs or 1:Few account cohort execution.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and tools (6sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Influ2, Folloze, ZoomInfo) or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Toggl).
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) that improve marketing productivity.
