The Opportunity:

The HL7 Cloverleaf Integrations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of healthcare interface solutions using the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine. This position plays a critical role in supporting interoperability between clinical, administrative, and operational systems within a healthcare environment. The manager leads a team of integration analysts and developers, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures interfaces comply with industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead and manage the interface team in developing and maintaining HL7 interfaces and X12 EDIs (835 and 837) using Cloverleaf. 
  • Oversee the design, implementation, testing, and support of data exchanges between internal systems (EHRs, LIS, RIS, billing, etc.) and external partners (labs, HIEs, payers, etc.). 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. 
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather interface requirements and deliver solutions. 
  • Assess, define, document and maintain a sustainable SDLC and make sure the Engineering team members stick to the defined process. 
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant privacy and security regulations. 
  • Coordinate interface projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. 
  • Establish and enforce interface development standards and best practices. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as point of contact for third-party integrations involving Cloverleaf. 

Employment Qualifications

Ensemble Preferred License / Certification (Ex: CRCR) ONE CERTIFICATION PER FIELD

  • Infor Cloverleaf Certification 
  • HL7 Certification 
  • PMP or other project management certification 
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Or other approved job relevant certification.

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 8+ years of experience in HL7 interface development, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead role. 
  • Proven experience with Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine (versions 6.x or later). 
  • Strong understanding of HL7 (v2.x, v3), FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, and other healthcare data standards. 
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (TCL, JavaScript, etc.) used within Cloverleaf and knowledge of SQL and Azure. 
  • Experience with clinical systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts) preferred. 
  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. 
  • This position pays between $122,900 - $184,350 based on experience
