This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You''ll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic, workforce and transformation priorities into practical organisational change and culture initiatives.
- Design and embed change approaches that drive adoption, strengthen organisational effectiveness and support sustainable cultural outcomes.
- Lead the evolution of employee experiences across key moments that matter, ensuring inclusion, equity and accessibility are embedded throughout.
- Apply a systems-thinking lens to connect culture, leadership, organisation design, capability, workforce strategy and ways of working.
- Develop frameworks, tools and approaches that build organisational readiness and support successful change adoption.
- Use data, insights and outcomes measures to continuously improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Organisational Development Consultants, building capability and strengthening advisory practice.
What You''ll Bring
- Significant experience in organisational development, culture, organisational change or transformation roles within a large, complex organisation
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor on organisation-wide change and culture challenges
- Strong understanding of organisational change methodologies and experience embedding lasting behavioural and cultural change
- Demonstrated systems-thinking capability, with the ability to connect strategy, culture, leadership and organisational performance
- Experience leading teams and developing capability through coaching, mentoring and leadership
- Strong commercial acumen, risk awareness and a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Change, Psychology, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline; experience with behavioural or psychometric frameworks will be highly regarded
