The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

As a Logistics Analyst – Domestic First Mile, you will provide problem-solving support for internal and external partners to ensure optimal freight flow through the network. You will work in partnership with internal supply chain teams (Inventory Management, S&OP, Supplier Engagement, Field) to drive process improvements and establish best practice SOP documentation. You will manage external carrier and 3PL relationships, track against their performance, and take action to address misses to expectations. Unique to this role, you will collaborate with internal and external product development teams to identify process opportunities within First Mile Scheduling. Team Members in this role serve as the problem solvers between field and transportation; their insights help shape the future of inbound routines at Target. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
Job requirements:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- A passion for transportation/field facing initiatives
- Process-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence peers and key stakeholders
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to develop creative solutions
- Ability to plan, manage, and prioritize time/tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative, demonstrates ability to work independently
- Ability to develop relationships, both internally and externally, and work in a team environment
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
