  • Maintain and update key customer-facing resources, including legal development trackers and other high-use tools, to ensure timely coverage of significant developments

  • Oversee and execute Practical Guidance content remediation projects focused on improving the customer experience, including projects involving content quality, usability, navigation, organization, currency, and consistency across the area of law

  • Incorporate AI and emerging technologies into editorial workflows, including evaluating AI-generated or AI-suggested content updates, identifying appropriate use cases, validating legal accuracy, and ensuring that final work product meets editorial and quality standards

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including LNNAUK, GPO, and GTO teams, to support content strategy, workflow improvements, product enhancements, and customer-focused initiatives

Requirements

  • Have a Juris Doctor degree and at least two years of recent practice experience in commercial law, preferably in the areas of advertising & marketing, supply of goods & services (i.e., UCC), and/or commercial litigation.

  • Strong ability to monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments within a specific practice area

  • Experience conducting legal research and applying findings to practical, user-focused content updates

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and usability

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows aligned to business goals and deadlines
