Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Lease Administrator you will:

Act as a first point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries
-
Support rent processes including turnover rent, invoicing and sales data collection
-
Maintain and update lease information in systems (e.g. setups, amendments and accuracy)
-
Assist in resolving lease, invoice and data discrepancies
-
Support contract execution, document tracking and standard document control processes
-
Ensure lease data accuracy through regular checks (e.g. key dates, rent terms)

Provide lease information to accounting to support accurate and timely payments
-
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to improving processes and ways of working
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Expansion Manager, you will work alongside the wider Expansion team and partner with key functions including Legal, Finance, Facilities and Construction.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with:
-
A degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (or working towards)
-
Experience within Property, Leasing or Real Estate, or transferable experience in office administration with a strong accounting foundation.

Experience supporting contract management or document handling

Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised way of working
-
Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial or lease-related data

Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Clear communication with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
-
Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

Analytical and methodical, with an interest in improving processes and accuracy

This is a permanent, part-time role based in Sydney.
