Job Description:
This position serves as a senior talent acquisition professional responsible for leading recruitment efforts for complex, critical, and high-impact positions while providing guidance and support to the broader recruiting team. This role acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering talent market intelligence, and recruitment strategies that support organizational goals. The Lead Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for key positions and serves as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices, hiring trends, and competitive market conditions.
In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the Lead Recruiter functions as a subject matter expert and team leader, coaching recruiters, supporting process excellence, analyzing recruiting metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role leads cross-functional projects, and helps ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent through effective talent acquisition strategies and exceptional stakeholder partnership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 7 years full-life cycle recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 11 years full-life cycle recruiting experience.

Experience directing/mentoring activities of recruiters that are supporting talent acquisition initiatives.

Experience with building effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Negotiation skills which may include vendor agreement experience.

Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.

Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.

Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to drive recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.

Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing methodologies, and labor market trends.

Experience leading projects and drive process improvements across the Talent Acquisition function.

Advanced proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience recruiting executive-level talent.

Experience supporting workforce planning and talent strategy discussions.

Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement efforts.

Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.

Experience recruiting for a broad range of technical roles, including Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data & AI, Enterprise Applications, and IT Operations.

Strong understanding of technology concepts, technical skill sets, and industry trends to effectively assess and engage candidates.

Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
